Job Descriptions:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
C&B:
Check timesheet, annual leave and other payroll related documents
To be responsible for preparing monthly payroll, mandatory insurances, PIT on time and accurately
Prepare labor contract
Recruitment:
Follow full recruitment process of company between departments.
Update the job advertisement and post some tips or sharing experiences related to recruitment on Pham’s website, fanpage
Conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, supporting other departments within the professional interview.
Filter records, CVs, sort records to store in the Company&039;s Database.
HR&Admin:
Gather all monthly expense reports of company.
Update the contact list between departments, a new employee.
Support training section at Pham Consult on a certain Saturday monthly.
Organizing / assisting in organizing necessary events to attract high quality personnel.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
Good at communication and presentation
Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Graduated from university in Accounting, Business, Law
Prefer candidate has 1- 2 year working experience
Able to use English fluency
