Organizing / assisting in organizing necessary events to attract high quality personnel.
To be responsible for preparing monthly payroll, mandatory insurances, PIT on time and accurately
Update the contact list between departments, a new employee.
Update the job advertisement and post some tips or sharing experiences related to recruitment on Pham’s website, fanpage
Conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, supporting other departments within the professional interview.
Gather all monthly expense reports of company.
Support training section at Pham Consult on a certain Saturday monthly.
Filter records, CVs, sort records to store in the Company&Database.
Follow full recruitment process of company between departments.
Prepare labor contract
Check timesheet, annual leave and other payroll related documents
Thu nhập: Thỏa thuận
Điều kiện làm việc:
13th month, quarterly bonus and other bonuses per the company’s policy
Annual leave with min 12 days
Insurance policies in accordance with Vietnamese law and personal health care insurance
Parking fee
Team- building and company trips are organised yearly by the company
Yêu cầu công việc
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Prefer candidate has 1- 2 year working experience
Graduated from university in Accounting, Business, Law
Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Good at communication and presentation\
Able to use English fluency
