HR-ADMIN Executive

- Implement recruitment process.
- Follow up decisions and issues related to personnel, regimes, and employee benefits.
- Build planned salary fund and labor standards.
- Support other administrative work in the department.
- Manage personnel records, update personnel data
- Draft labor contracts, decisions, and announcements related to personnel.
- In charge of and monitor office work: stationery, express delivery, office machinery, elevators, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
- Contact state agencies to carry out administrative and legal procedures to serve the operations of companies in the system: investment licenses, business licenses, medical examination and treatment licenses, work permits, temporary residence cards, criminal records, etc.
- Implement staff increases and decreases in clinics in the system.
- Oversee the recruitment and induction functions to ensure that our Company is adequately and suitably staffed on timely basis.
Yêu cầu công việc
Self- motivated, disciplined and positive team spirit.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
University Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
Excellent problem- solving, negotiating, communication, interpersonal and management skills.
Self- motivated, self- starter, and able to handle tight deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit, not a "corporate person" and very outgoing, likeable, presentable, humble and naturally gifted at interacting with others
Good command in both English and Vietnamese.

Salary review in July every year
