Job Decription
Administrative & Office Operations:
− Organize internal events (birthdays, March 8th, Year- End Party, Lunar New Year celebrations, mini parties, etc.).
− Coordinate meeting schedules, book meeting rooms, arrange logistics for guest receptions, and support front desk when necessary.
− Monitor attendance records, compile expenses, and prepare payment documentation periodically.
− Draft and archive official letters, decisions, internal announcements, and external communications.
− Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets; oversee procurement, evaluation, and supplier relations.
− Provide basic office IT support (Wi- Fi, internal emails, computers, IP phones).
− Plan and operate daily administrative tasks.
Recruitment Tasks:
− Execute multi- channel recruitment campaigns on platforms such as TopCV, VietnamWorks, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
− Maintain a database of potential candidates; collaborate with departments to ensure recruitment effectiveness.
− Receive recruitment requests from departments; screen CVs, schedule interviews, and send offer letters.
− Support onboarding for new hires; monitor contract durations and probation evaluations.
− Prepare periodic recruitment reports.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
− Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 ecosystem).
− Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement
− Good English communication skills.
− At least 2 years of experience in administration or recruitment.
− Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem- solving skills.
− College or university degree in Human Resources, Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, Law, or related fields.
