Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented HR & Admin Manager to join us. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth office operations & supporting HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, people- oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast- paced environment.
Office Operations:
Coordinate with service providers.
Manage general office upkeep, supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure a well- functioning workspace.
Support travel and meeting arrangements, event bookings, and logistics planning.
Admin Duties:
Support the finance team with basic documentation and invoice tracking as needed.
Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and basic HR- related reporting.
Handle incoming communications, mail, and documentation.
HR Duties:
Coordinate recruitment logistics including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is updated and compliant.
Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (document collection, HR Contracts & NDA signing, orientation schedules, equipment checklists, etc.).
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in admin, office coordination, or HR support.
Fluent in English is a Must
High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Familiarity with HR systems and tools is a plus.
