Key Responsibilities
HR (70%)
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and digital HR transformation.
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and total rewards.
• Provide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
• Manage HRIS, HR metrics, budgets, and reports to support data- driven decisions.
Administration & General Affairs (30%)
• Champion digital transformation in Admin- GA processes, including asset tracking and workflow automation.
• Lead Admin team, set KPIs, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate corporate insurance programs, employee wellness, and company events.
• Oversee administrative operations including office management, assets, procurement, and documentation.
• Manage legal compliance for expatriates, visas, work permits, and company licenses.
