HR Admin Manager

Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR budget, working closely with Finance and Operations.
Build, promote, and sustain a strong company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR/Admin team to ensure effective and smooth daily operations.
Manage end- to- end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring to support production and business growth.
Lead and oversee all HR & Administration functions, aligning people strategy with the company’s business goals and manufacturing operations.
Drive HR digital transformation and AI adoption, including HR analytics, automation of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and reporting to improve efficiency and data- driven decision- making.
Act as a strategic HR partner to management, supporting workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
Drive people development and performance management, fostering a high- performance and future- ready workforce.
Develop, optimize, and ensure compliance with HR policies, internal regulations, and labor laws in a manufacturing environment.
Design and implement training and development programs to upskill employees, develop leadership capability, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in HR digital transformation; exposure to HRIS, data analytics, automation, or AI- driven HR tools is a strong advantage.
Strategic mindset with hands- on capability; able to balance long- term HR strategy with daily operational needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, problem- solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR & Admin, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, recruitment, training & development, and organizational development.
