• HRIS & Digital: Administer and continuously improve the HRIS and champion digital transformation in HR processes.
• Business Partnership: Act as a strategic HR business partner to department heads.
• Legal & Expatriate Documentation: Handle critical legal documentation for expatriates (Visa, Work Permit) and manage company legal documents (licenses, contracts).
• Policy & Compliance: Evaluate and enhance HR policies to ensure alignment with business strategy and legal requirements. Ensure risk management and compliance in all HR operations.
• Operational Management: Oversee all administrative and general affairs functions to ensure smooth daily operations, including policy review, asset management, and procurement.
• Culture & Development: Drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and lead the design and execution of Learning & Development programs.
• Safety & Welfare: Monitor compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, coordinate corporate insurance, and organize employee welfare programs/events.
• Liaison & Controls: Act as the primary liaison with global headquarter offices for Admin- GA matters and ensure risk management in Admin- GA operations.
• Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Labor Relations.
