Address employee concerns and report unresolved issues to management.
Manage uniform distribution: annual planning, issuance to staff and new hires, replacements.
Support admin tasks: guest reception, event coordination, international shipping, invoice verification, and reporting.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Handle in- kind allowances: monthly distribution, record keeping, and payment proposals.
Oversee kitchen and canteen operations: menu planning, food ordering, cost control, hygiene, and safety compliance.

No experience required, training will be provided.
Language: English communication
Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications: Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
