Job summary
As an HR&GA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing both HR and general affairs functions within our organization. This role requires level of professionalism, strategic thinking, hands- on and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Job Description
C&B Tasks:
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and make recommendations for necessary updates to policies and practices.
Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll management, salary structures and employee welfare initiatives.
Stay updated on HR and employment law trends, and ensure that the company&039;s policies and practices remain in compliance with changing regulations.
Prepare HR- related reports and metrics for management review and decision- making purposes.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Develop and implement HR policies, and procedures aligned with the company&039;s goals and objectives e.g. recruitment, performance management systems.
General Affairs Tasks:
Provide general administrative support for company activities as well as office, manufacturing facilities
Arrange timely procedures related to foreigner such as visa, work permit, resident card
Coordinate with relevant teams to support in essential paperwork and documents such as contracts, agreements, POA, permits, approvals, internal letters etc

Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
Having minimum from 3 years proven experience as an HR and GA Supervisor or similar role, having experience in the furniture manufacturing is a plus.
In- depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Hold at least bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
English communication skill
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
