Job Summary
The Organization Development Specialist acts as a strategic partner to business units, supporting organizational growth, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. This role ensures that HR strategies are aligned with business priorities while driving initiatives to build a strong, agile, and high- performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
• Serve as the strategic HR partner for assigned departments (Sales, Production, Office).
• Participate in departmental meetings to understand staffing needs, challenges, and propose HR solutions.
• Support the HR Leader in developing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that enhance organizational efficiency.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and propose follow- up action plans.
• Conduct routine employee interviews to gather insights and recommend improvements for the work environment.
• Provide counseling, resolve conflicts, and strengthen internal communication and collaboration.
Performance & Talent Development
• Work with L&D to design competency development plans and succession pipelines.
• Analyze HR data: turnover rates, productivity, manpower cost, workforce insights, and trends.
• Assist in deploying the performance appraisal system and guide managers/employees in the process.
Organization Development & Culture
• Act as a culture ambassador promoting the values of Agility – Challenge – Excellence (ACE).
• Support Talent Review, Leadership Development, and organizational capability- building projects.
• Recommend improvements in organizational structure, workflows, and job descriptions.
