Talent Acquisition and Branding
• Support campus recruitment activities
• Execute employer branding programs including management of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram…
• Coordinate with TA team and other stakeholders, partners on talent attraction activities (Unitours, Office tours, Career talks,…)
• Work with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team to run talent attraction programs
Talent Engagement
• Coordinate across teams to plan and execute talent events
Onboarding
• Other tasks by leader requested.
• Support with onboarding process of new joiners including logistics arrangement, communications and follow up.
