HR Consulting Trainee

HR Consulting Trainee is young talent who is interested in the field of Human Resources Services, aiming to gain valuable practical experience in professional working environment and creating premise to discover a new level of career development.
In this role, Trainee will play a vital role in ensuring data from clients are well reviewed and processed, supporting higher levels in supporting clients to use system, analyzing data, generating reports and providing valuable insights.
Key responsibilities:
Financial Goal Achievement

Support Consultants to follow and collect clients’ invoices properly and timely

Business Development

Support to prepare BD presentation file, draft proposal for HR consulting project

Surveys Process

Collect and check salary and welfare survey data from customers
Support drafting email to answer/ explain questions about all surveys
Support to prepare data, presentation material for higher level to present about market updates, market insights to clients
Support customers in hi- tech solutions of using the system and generating reports from the system

HR Consulting

Support and advise customers on issues related to human resource management.

Regulatory Compliance and Audits

Ensure all activities align with regulations, preventing compliance risks

Possess certifications related to data analysis, HRM (nice to have)

Less than 2 years of working experience in C&B/ Survey field (nice to have)

Students who are about to graduate Universities or Colleges in Ho Chi Minh City or have graduated with less than 2 years of working experience. Bachelor’s degree with majors related to Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, and Law.
