Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination
Share interview details, confirmations, reschedules, and feedback updates.
Maintain trackers for candidate pipeline, offer status, and joining dates.
Support recruiters with tasks (initial screening, (candidate follow‑ups).
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls if required.
Facilitate candidate documentation collection (ID proof, resume, certificates).
Ensure timely updates to candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience.
Miantain good reports regarding clients
Share daily/weekly reports with clients on recruitment progress.
Track and follow up on client feedback after interviews.
Work closely with client HR teams to understand interview slots, panel availability, and hiring needs.
Support recruiters in managing client expectations and SLAs.
Assist in background verification processes and compliance checks.
Maintain candidate databases and update ATS/Excel trackers regularly.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Support coordination for training sessions, induction, or hiring drives.
Manage internal HR documentation—attendance, leaves, contracts.
Handle onboarding coordination for selected candidates (where the client requires).
Assist the Recruitment Lead with MIS reports.
Payment related followups and invoicing cooridnation

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ATS tools.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, deadline‑driven recruitment environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
