HR Data Analysis (CS)

Support and perform compensation data analysis;
Provide functional support for clients in HR system implementation;
Maintain and update the data in clients&039; accounts timely;
Diagnose or test all kinds of data conversions, imports and interface files.
Be responsible for customer data&039;s preparation, transform and import based upon detailed specifications;
Quickly respond to inquiries from consultants and ensure the data accuracy;

Bachelor&039;s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Mathematics & Statistics, Economics is preferred;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Logical thinking; Detail- oriented and quick learning ability;
Good reading, written and verbal communication skills in English;
HR or data analysis working experience;
Proactive and team spirit;
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel, ability to write Macro in Excel;
