HR Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, automate, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Manage, maintain, and enhance the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, user access, and security.
Calculate monthly incentives based on approved incentive schemes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies.
Support HR projects and initiatives with data insights and analytics as needed.
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation processes.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and workforce optimization.
Support HR system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other business systems.
Partner with IT and external vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and best practices implementation.
Collaborate with HR team members to define reporting needs, ensuring data definitions and metrics are consistent and accurate.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA Macros) for data analysis and reporting.
Design and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analytics.
Provide user training and support on HRIS functionality and reporting tools.

Requirements:
Experience/Industry requirements: 3- 5 years’ experience working in HR operations field and experience related to C&B/ HR reporting analytics, and HRIS
Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
Techinical Skill:

Hands- on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, Power Query, VBA is a plus).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms
