Manage end- to- end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Handle employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws
Monitor employee lifecycle: probation, confirmation, and termination
Manage timesheets and calculate payroll, bonuses, and allowances
Prepare and finalize Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and reports
Handle social insurance procedures: registration, adjustment, finalization, and employee benefits claims
Draft and manage internal administrative documents
Maintain and organize employee records and company documentation
Draft and manage labor contracts, appendices, and HR- related decisions
Monitor and update legal and labor- related documentation
Support preparation of documents for banking procedures as required
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to work independently and proactively
Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits (payroll, insurance, tax)
Detail- oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations
Proficient in Excel
At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
