• Track KPI performance, sales incentives, and employee benefits programs.
• Handle HR administration tasks, internal events, and HR- related invoices/payments.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding: job postings, interviews coordination, offer letters, labor contracts, and new hire setup.
• Conduct offboarding procedures, exit interviews, and final settlements.
• Handle social insurance (SI): registration, increase/decrease, maternity, sick leave, and related claims.
• Maintain employee data, personnel records, and Employee Master List.
• Process personal income tax (PIT): tax code registration, dependent updates, declarations, and tax documents.
• Collect and verify attendance, leave, overtime data; calculate monthly payroll, bonuses, allowances, and commissions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely HR & C&B
• Manage labor contracts, renewals, salary adjustments, and payroll data verification.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and personal income tax.
• Proficient in Excel and HR systems.
• Detail- oriented, honest, responsible, and a good team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2- 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or C&B roles (retail/chain business is an advantage).
• Able to communicate in English (Mandatory).
