HR Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist who will manage day- to- day human resources functions for LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. This role requires a deep understanding of both Vietnamese labor law and Korean corporate culture.
Collaborate closely with the HR team in Korea HQ and local management
Prepare HR- related reports and analytics for management (both in English/Korean)
Support expatriate employee onboarding, visa processing, housing and administrative arrangements
Assist in performance management, training coordination, and organizational development programs
Develop and monitor overall HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Facilitate internal communication and employee relations to support a positive and compliant workplace culture
Implement organizational culture development programs
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and exit interviews
Facilitate internal communication and employee relations to support a positive and compliant workplace culture
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law and LG CNS’s corporate standards
Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers and Korean stakeholders
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee well- being.
Yêu cầu công việc
High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a multinational or Korean- owned company in Vietnam
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent interpersonal and cross- cultural skills
