Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist/Specialist to serve as the first professional HR point of contact for our Vietnam office. This role is pivotal in spearheading our upcoming core recruitment drive and, subsequently, establishing and enhancing all HR policies, procedures, and company culture. The ideal candidate will possess solid hands- on recruitment experience, in- depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, and a strong desire to play a critical role in a high- growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding- Immediate Priority
Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels; proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates.
Optimize and manage the new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
Lead end- to- end recruitment cycles: from job posting and CV screening to conducting professional first- round interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and issuing offer letters.
HR Operations & Employee Relations- The System Builder
Oversee all employee records, labor contracts, and personnel files, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing effective solutions.
Propose and organize employee engagement activities to strengthen company culture.
Lead the creation, documentation, and implementation of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows in collaboration with department heads.
Compensation, Compliance & Reporting
Take charge of the monthly payroll preparation process by collecting, verifying, and submitting accurate data to the Finance department in a timely manner.
Ensure all HR practices strictly adhere to Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and submit all mandatory HR reports and documents to local authorities as required.

Education & Experience
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior success in managing end- to- end recruitment projects, ideally within a scaling team,is a strong advantage.
A minimum of 3years of experience as an HR Generalist, with proven ability to work independently on recruitment,employee relations,payroll support, and compliance.
Thorough understanding and practical application of Vietnamese labor law.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with strong capabilities in Excel for data management.
Proactive, results- oriented, and able to thrive in a fast- paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required to effectively liaise with local teams and global management.
