KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personnel administration
• Support in HR administration tasks
• Prepare final documents & return to leavers
• Manage employee&039;s profile, filling documents in appropriate folders
• Support in work permit/TRC process
Leave system
• Support to check leave record as requested
PIT
• Collect supporting documents for dependents registration
• Register PIT code
• Support in PIT finalization
SHUI
• Support to prepare and follow up SHUI tasks: SHUI reports, close SI booklet, Sick & Maternity claims…
Report
• Prepare labor reports per month to state agency
• Support to make reports as requested
Other Projects
• Share HR teamwork as requested
• Other projects as assigned
