Job Role:
This role will focus on supporting C&B operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes and activities. As part of a dynamic HR Operations team, you’ll gain valuable experience in a fast- paced and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation and submission of legal to relevant authorities.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Support the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist HR team in organizing company events, employees engagement activities, etc..
Provide administrative support and perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.
Maintain and update employee databases.
Requirement:
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations is a plus.
Final- year student or Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good at organizational skill, communication skills.
Teamwork, hard working, and willing to learn.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Attention to details, careful, and responsible at work.
