The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources, administration, and organizational development functions. This role ensures that people strategies, organizational structure, and workplace operations are aligned with business goals to drive performance, culture, and sustainable growth.

Human Resources Management
Ensure effective performance appraisal systems and career development frameworks.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline to meet organizational needs.
Oversee end- to- end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and offboarding.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Partner with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
Strengthen employer branding to attract high- quality candidates.
Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Organizational Development
Develop competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Foster a high- performance culture through continuous learning, feedback, and capability building.
Analyze organizational design and recommend improvements (e.g., restructuring, role clarity, spans of control).
Design and drive organizational development initiatives to enhance structure, capability, and effectiveness.
Lead change management programs to support business transformation and growth.
Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters for both management and employees.
Lead engagement, retention, and culture- building initiatives.
Manage employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Compliance & HR Operations
Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Oversee HR systems (HRIS) and reporting processes.
Administration Management
Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
Manage office administration, facilities, and workplace safety.
Oversee vendor management, office services, and administrative budgets.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Background in fast- growing or matrix organizations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to manage change and drive transformation initiatives.
7–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in full- spectrum HR and organizational development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is preferred.
