Job Mission
The Human Resource Manager is a pivotal role that optimizes the alignment between team engagement and operational efficiency. This position focuses on establishing smart workflows, maintaining discipline, and fostering a professional environment where every individual works with a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
Design, implement, and enforce practical company policies and internal regulations. Ensure all policies are functional and aligned with daily operations.
Digitalize and optimize cross- departmental workflows (HR, Production, Accounting) using modern management platforms.
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Demonstrate strong assessment skills to identify talent that aligns with the Studio’s culture.
Design and manage a rigorous onboarding/probation program to ensure new hires integrate quickly and commit to long- term responsibilities.
Lead the full- cycle recruitment process (Sourcing, Interviewing, Negotiating) for Artists and Office positions.
Performance Management & Retention:
Proactively manage employee relations, disciplinary issues, and mitigate risks of sudden resignations.
Act as the primary bridge between the Founder and the team; demonstrate skillful communication to resolve conflicts and maintain transparency.
Establish KPI/OKR frameworks and performance review cycles to drive productivity in a creative environment.
Requirements
Mindset: Strong System Thinking and Problem- Solving skills. Must be data- driven and results- oriented.
Soft Skills: High EQ and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build trust and influence team members to ensure alignment and professional discipline.
Experience: 3- 5 years in HR Generalist or HRBP roles (Prior experience in Creative Agencies, Architecture, or Startups is a strong plus).
Skills: Proficient in English. Mastery of HRM (Notion, Slack, etc.) to streamline daily operations.
Attitude: High level of ownership, decisive in execution, and absolute confidentiality.
