The HR Manager will act as a HR Generalist for the Vietnam Head Office, overseeing end- to- end HR operations, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Labor Law Compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting business growth, and collaborating closely with the HR team in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA)
• Lead recruitment activities for Head Office (primarily Sales & Support functions).
• Ensure timely hiring, including senior and specialized positions with support from management.
• Manage recruitment channels, agencies, job portals, and internal referral programs.
Payroll & C&B
• Support annual compensation review and benefits management.
• Fully responsible for monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Employee Relations & Government Affairs
• Manage HR- related matters with government bodies and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, contracts, and documentation.
• Advise management on local labor regulations and HR risks.
HR Operations & Support
• Training, OD, and development activities will be supported by the Thailand HR team.
• Support staff activities and internal communication.
• Oversee admin functions (Receptionist/Admin, Driver).
Cross- Country Collaboration
• Work closely with HQ Thailand HR team for HR strategy, reporting, alignment, and project execution.
• Participate in regional meetings and contribute to developing HR processes for VN.
