Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into HR solutions
Stakeholder Management
Coach managers on leadership, performance management, and employee engagement
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders across commercial and manufacturing functions

Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
Support business transformation, expansion, and change management
Organizational Development & Workforce Planning
Drive succession planning and talent review processes

Partner with L&D to design targeted development programs
Identify and develop high- potential employees
Oversee performance management cycles and ensure quality execution
Talent Management & Development

Support HR operations including onboarding, mobility, and exit processes Collaborate with C&B on compensation and benefits initiatives

Manage employee relations across both office and factory environments

Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and industrial relations Experience in multinational or structured environments
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 7–10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or HR Manager roles Strong experience supporting both manufacturing and commercial teams
Strong stakeholder management and investigative skills Fluent in English
