HR Manager

Safety & Compliance: Manage workplace health and safety matters, and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor law, social insurance, fire safety, and other relevant regulations.
Independent Coordination: Act as the primary contact, independently liaising with local government authorities, related agencies, and headquarters.
End- to- End HR Management: Recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping & payroll, performance management, employee relations, and team culture building.
General Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including logistics, general affairs, fixed asset management, and vendor coordination.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Language: Must be fluent in Chinese (both verbal and written) for effective communication with headquarters and management.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a manufacturing or Chinese- invested company is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of comprehensive HR and Administration experience in Vietnam, with a solid understanding of Vietnamese labor law, social insurance policies, and safety compliance procedures.
• Competencies: Strong independent working ability, problem- solving skills, and a high sense of responsibility. Must be self- motivated and capable of delivering results in a demanding environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
