HR function (40%): Be responsible for
Total Reward: headcount plan, payroll process, allowances & benefits, contract, PIT report, off- boarding process,...
HR Communications: cordinate with the team to develop Corporate, Employer Branding
Training: manage the training process, orientation program, performance review, indoor – ourdoor training.
(Career Fair/Job Fair, Newsletter, Welcome letter, activities, Orientation,....), Employee relations & retention.
Recruitment: organizational talent forecasting, talent pipelining, and strategic talent assessment and development.
Office Operations & Administration (30%)
Supervise office administration team to ensure effective and professional management of office operations.
Oversee reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and general facilities to maintain cleanliness andfunctionality.
Approve and monitor administrative budgets for cost efficiency.
Ensure company activities (town halls, team- building, celebrations) are well- organized and foster a positive work environment.
Manage vendor relationships for office services and supplies.
Monitor compliance with office policies and procedures.
People management & development (20%):
Updating HR knowlege, laws, new trends,...
Developing the team by coaching, training to improve skills.-
IT Management Oversight (5%)- - - -
Oversee IT vendor contracts and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Facilities management: control import/ export the laptop, desktop, mouse, hard drive,...by the asset label.
Ensure IT systems operate efficiently and securely.
Supervise IT operations, including email accounts, user workstations, and network servers.
Monitor IT asset management (laptops, desktops, peripherals) and ensure proper tracking and compliance.
Report (5%):
Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly report (if any).
Expenses/ PIT/ Social Insurance/ Union,... report are required.

Bachelor’s degree (Human resource or related field).- -
Over 2+ year of experience in Admin – HR roles in Advertising field; and 5 years of relevant
Pro- active & passionate with Recruitment.
experience in HR field.
