Your Roles:

Talent Development (80%):

· Plan and hire the right people who fit our culture and goals.

· Launch organizational development interventions that inspire high- performance team.

· Guide, support and encourage people on their learning and growth journeys.

Culture Management (20%):

· Help everyone live and breathe our unique culture for their best version and Dale’s best version.

· Support to implement joyful, impactful culture innitiatives that bring our core values & culture standards to real work and life.

Are You "The Star"?
· Enthusiastic, open- minded and integrity
· Good interpersonal skills, a wanted team player
· Skillful at Microsoft Office, Canva and other supporting apps
· Resilient, not afraid to fail, learn from that and keep moving forward
· Curious with life, with an eager to learn
· Love supporting others
· Have at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition(or inspiring stories to make up for it!).
