The HR & Office Admin is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations while ensuring smooth and efficient office administration. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and a well- organized working environment.
Human Resources Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Screen resumes and coordinate candidate communications.
Post job advertisements across recruitment channels.
Schedule interviews and support the hiring process.
HR Administration & Employee Records
Update and monitor employee lists and HR reports.
Maintain and update employee records and personnel databases.
Track labor contracts and manage related documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Handle social insurance, health insurance, and employee benefits in compliance with regulations.
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Training & Performance Support
Propose initiatives to improve workforce capability and engagement.
Track employee performance evaluations.
Coordinate internal training programs.
Employee Engagement
Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Organize internal activities such as birthday celebrations, company events, and team trips.
Administrative Responsibilities
Office & Asset Management
Propose procurement plans when necessary.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets.
Facilities Management
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive working environment.
Event & Meeting Coordination
Support the organization of internal meetings, company events, and team- building activities.
Documentation & Compliance
Liaise with government authorities when required.
Draft official documents, internal announcements, and administrative decisions.
General Administrative Support
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Detail- oriented, proactive, and responsible.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good understanding of labor regulations, payroll, and insurance procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
1–3 years of experience in HR and/or office administration.
