Job Description
HR Policy & Process Management
Design and standardize HR operational processes to enhance team efficiency and overall HR performance.
Provide guidance and training for internal teams and relevant departments when new or revised processes are introduced.
Develop and update HR policies related to salary, bonus, allowances, benefits, and general HR regulations.
Total Rewards Projects
Standardize documents, processes, and internal guidelines related to Total Rewards and organizational structure.
Participate in Total Rewards initiatives and job framework projects, including job title framework, job codes, job families, and job leveling.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of performance across roles and departments.
Contribute to the development and improvement of organizational structures (staffing structure, org charts) and propose enhancements to optimize organizational efficiency.
HRIS Development Support
Monitor system performance and propose functional improvements.
Deploy new modules, train users, and update system configurations based on actual operation needs.
Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to develop HRIS modules related to C&B, performance management, and organizational data.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of HR policies, HR operations, and C&B processes.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role, or in C&B / Total Rewards.
Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication, coordination, deadline management, and presentation skills.
Strong logical thinking, analytical capability, and ability to systematize information.
Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and dashboard building.
