Timekeeping
Work with employee to resolve errors;
Reviewing every timecard to ensure their employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete;
Summary of the situation of the use of annual leave;
Statistics and tracking of maternity cases: pregnancy, childbirth, nursing small children,...
Complete the timesheet by the deadline;
Reconciles, calculates and balances hours and minutes to correspond with actual time recorded;
Summary of cases of unpaid leave from 14 days/month;
Process daily face scanning data for employees;
Check data for Overtime, Absent, Shifts. Maintains attendance records;
Print timesheets to confirm and signing departments.
Check departmental timecards to ensure employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete;
Assist departments and employees with edits or questions regarding timekeeping;
Statistics and submission of monthly working time reports;
Review and make necessary corrections in regards to the Leave reconciliation error report;
Labor contract
Make an annex to the labor contract when there is a salary adjustment, change of position,...
Receive probation assessment results and make labor contracts for all employees;
Remind to evaluate, re- sign labor contract and make new labor contracts for employees;

Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: From 2 years of experience in HR position, experience in the manufacturing company is preferred;
Language: Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus;
Others: Attention to detail, careful & trustworthy, ability to work under high pressure.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in major: Human Resources Management; Business Management; International Economic Relations or related;
