HR Staff (C&B/Tu Son, Bac Ninh) - 27162
Mô tả công việc
• Store, organize, and update payroll records, promotion documents, salary adjustments, disciplinary documents, and other related payroll documents
• Manage employee personal information; create and manage labor contracts and probationary contracts
• Implement policies related to the reward and disciplinary system
• Manage personal income tax matters: PIT declarations, annual PIT finalization, and issuance of withholding certificates
• Check attendance records and calculate monthly payroll in accordance with labor regulations; manage leave, compensatory leave, overtime, and working hours
• Prepare monthly labor increase–decrease reports
• Plan and implement employee welfare programs during holidays and Tet
• Handle social insurance procedures: monthly SI/HI/ UI increase–decrease reports and employee benefits
• Update legal regulations on labor, salary, and policies to ensure timely adjustments
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Yêu cầu công việc
【Must】
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently, handle work pressure, good communication skills, seriousness, and high sense of responsibility
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and process data
• Intermediate English level (able to read and understand documents)
• Good memory, careful, detail- oriented
• College or University degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Administration, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (C&B, payroll, social insurance)
