HR Operations & Data Management
Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding (including contracts, P- Files, attendance, and leave management). Maintain and optimize the HRIS to ensure accurate and up- to- date employee information.
Statutory Compliance & Documentation
Administer statutory compliance in accordance with Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Social Insurance regulations. Manage all legal documentation and mobility procedures for expatriates (Work Permits, Temporary Residence Cards) and coordinate dossiers for HR audits.
Payroll & People Cost Management
Execute end- of- the- end payroll, bonuses, and benefits administration with high precision. Oversee complex HR financial operations, including inter- cross- charging, people cost analytics, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development & Tracking

*Minimum Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in C&B or HR Operations
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for regional reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting or related fields.
* Preferred:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Personal Income Tax, and Social Insurance regulations
- Strong understanding of people cost management, inter cross- charging, and AOP development.
