HR Training Specialist (Relocate to Dubai)

Responsibilities:
Organize and conduct onboarding for new employees (including expats), ensuring smooth integration.
Serve as HR Help Desk for non- Vietnamese expats, handling inquiries and providing solutions.
Manage training programs, schedules, materials, and post- training assessments.
Coordinate with HR/Admin to prepare devices, accounts, and support relocation (airport pickup, accommodation).
Support development and communication of the Employee Handbook in line with regulations.
Assist with disciplinary and termination processes.
Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
Track attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate HR data.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and ability to research employment laws.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience (training, employee relations, policy implementation).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Detail- oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Excellent communication skills, especially in Business English.
