Organizational Development

Conduct job evaluations to build a competitive salary framework aligned with market benchmarks.
Update organizational structure, job functions, and job descriptions for all positions.
Develop workforce planning and BU budget plans; monitor monthly headcount and coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment.

Performance Management (PMP)

Implement annual KPI setting for employees and monitor execution.
Oversee quarterly and annual PMP review processes.
Analyze and evaluate performance results.

Talent Development Programs

Participate in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate with the L&D team to implement training and development programs.
Identify and assess high- potential employees.

Promotion, Salary Review, Disciplinary Actions & Labor Relations

Handle HR- related cases, disciplinary actions, and labor relations matters.
Review and assess employee performance; coordinate with OpCos to conduct salary reviews and promotions.

Employee Engagement Programs

Implement employee engagement initiatives according to the Group’s annual plan.

Strong knowledge of KPI development and performance management.
Excellent communication skills.
Conversational English.
Good negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision- making abilities.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Integrity, maturity, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.
More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of Advertising, Communications, or Technology is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, English, Office Administration, or related fields.
Solid understanding of Labor Law and relevant regulations.
