HSE Manager - Oil & Gas/Heavy Industry

Key Responsibilities
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives (Kaizen, Gemba, etc.).
• Develop and deliver HSSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Manage HSSE budgets and ensure cost- effective operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HSSE team to strengthen organizational capability.
• Represent the company when working with authorities and external stakeholders on HSSE matters.
• Oversee facility inspections, audits, and corrective actions to eliminate hazards.
• Lead investigations and reporting for accidents, incidents, and dangerous goods handling.
• Manage emergency response planning, drills, and crisis management activities.
• Integrate HSSE risk management into operational decision- making through close collaboration with all departments.
• Champion a Zero Lost Time Injury culture and drive proactive safety improvements.
• Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of HSSE policies, standards, and systems to support safe and secure business operations.
• Ensure continuous compliance with Vietnam regulations and global industry best practices.
