HSE Senior Supervisor

· Analyze current situations in safety performance (leading and lagging), support the Site HSE on improvements.
· Build the Vietnamese documents SOPs, work instructions aligned with Global ofi standards and country safety laws content, provide guidance and support on the effective implementation of them – exchange and capitalize best practices and assure adherence.
· Train and support Site HSE on safety culture, implementing Safety document and legal requirements.
· Training Site HSE on development and use of Safety digital applications and/or software.
· Planning and development annual Safety Campaign
· Implement and execute global ofi and regional safety programs for covered facilities and processes to grow safety culture of zero incidents and achieve world class performance in safety.
· Ensure all sites submit data and make reports and analysis on current safety objectives and metrics.
· Develop Safety training materials and short Safety Training Videos.
· Planning and conduct safety cross auditing process, prepare the resources, and follow up on the execution of the audit plan as well as follow up on identified gaps and recommendations for all sites under scope of H&S central team,
· Visit facilities regularly to monitoring the implementation of Global ofi requirements and ofi Vietnam requirements, participate and support the safety talk, safety campaigns at site.
· Develop and monitor training programs to meet safety requirements.
· Participate in site root cause of incidents, identify trends, common root causes that can shall be addressed by site overreaching actions, train and assure high quality incident investigations, do follow up on corrective action.
· Update legal requirements, training and support Safe Site in development and implementation.
· Support Site HSE on Customer audit & local authority audit.

- Competent communication in Business English is required.
- At least 5+ years of relevant work Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred . Good knowledge of local occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
- University degree: Bachelor’s degree: Engineering in Labor protection, or Equivalent with additional experiences in HSE management system.
- Teamwork player and coordinative skills; must be able to work with diverse team members. Good training and communication skill. Root cause analysis skill.
