HSE Senior Supervisor

* Position Summary:
- The purpose of this position is to promote and sustain a safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) related problems. These problems include but are not limited to the prevention of human injury and unsafe working conditions/practices. This position will manage and oversee the HSE to achieve the operational objectives for a factory in Tien Nga B11.
* Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
- Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees, guest and contractor at all levels.
- Note: This job description is not intended to be all- inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
- Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Assist in ad- hoc HSE tasks/projects as required by Department Head & Factory Manager.
- Carry out a safety- health- environmental risk assessment to detect potential hazards and make plans for remediation.
- Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s onsite training and HSE program, emergency response systems, etc.
- Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Department, Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Plan Head and HODs.
- Investigate and complete the process for closeout of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Factory Manager, HSE Head for promulgation to the management.

- Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.

* Qualification, Competencies Requirements- Education: Graduated from College, University with specialization in HSE or related field.- Experience: 2- 3 years of relevant experience in HSE.- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
