HSE Supervisor (Expanding Plant 10ha)

Define and execute implementation plans for environmental and safety compliance, including internal and external audits.
Serve as a member of the 6S and CSR committee, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a management representative, leading environmental and safety audits while reporting findings.
Supervise waste treatment and disposal suppliers to ensure legal compliance.
Develop and deliver training plans for employees and suppliers.
Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and safety goals.
Support Molex’s Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S policies.
Act as a safety officer within the plant and support cross- plant initiatives for horizontal expansion.

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)
University degree.
Expertise in Kaizen, basic management principles, and coaching skills.
Strong background in on- the- job training and leadership development.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience in auditing and lead auditor responsibilities.
At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
Degree in Environmental Engineering.
Certified safety officer with strong risk assessment and analytical skills.
Certified knowledge in ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CSR, and RBA.
