Designing and implementing performance management programs to ensure that Colleagues are meeting performance standards and goals
Developing training programs to improve leadership skills and teamwork throughout the Company
Analyzing data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Developing and implementing training programs to enhance Colleagues skills and knowledge
Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training
Collaborating with other Departments to ensure that the Company is aligned with its mission and values
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Company and help it adapt to changes in the industry and market

QUALIFICATIONS
University Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration , or related fields
ABILITIES & SKILLS
Negotiating and persuasion skills
Work under pressure
Logical thinking, active learning spirit, creativity at work
Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to train some soft skills
Proficient in using English
Experience in designing and implementing talent management and succession planning (PLUS)
Ability to listen and empathize
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience in OD or L&D areas
