Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (≈60%)
• Lead end- to- end recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talents aligned with business needs.
• Improve recruitment processes and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and optimize recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
HR Operations & Organizational Development (≈30%)
• Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture.
• Support HR policy implementation and ensure alignment with company values and working culture.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks to align employee performance with business objectives.
• Organize internal programs, events, and activities to foster collaboration and employee satisfaction.
Strategic HR Advisory (≈10%)
• Provide insights and recommendations on organizational structure, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors on HR- related matters.
• Support leadership in shaping people strategies that enable sustainable business growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Ability to work closely with BOD.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, performance management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem- solving skills.
• Proactive, business- oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
