Human Resource Chief (Manufacturing)

Our client, a foreign- invested company, is currently recruiting anHuman Resource Chief (Manufacturing, ID19679, 1300USD):
Management & Operation

Lead and develop both Recruitment & Trainingand C&B teams to achieve operational objectives.
Advise the HRGM and GM on HR policies, procedures, and human resource strategies.

Legal Compliance & Audit

Update, interpret, and implement Labor Law and relevant regulations.
Manage disciplinary procedures, internal labor regulations, and company policies.
Take full charge of CSR audits and audits conducted by government authorities.

Training & Development
: Directly organize and conduct internal training programs for employees.
Compensation & Labor Cost Control:
Control and manage labor costs.Oversee payroll, bonuses, benefits, and compensation policies.
Expatriate & Foreign Labor Management:
Manage and control procedures related to foreign employees, including work permits, temporary residence cards, visas, etc.
HR Systems & Processes:
Use and manage the company’s HR software systemStandardize, review, and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Good communicationJapanese and English skills.
Female, 30 years old and above.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience working in foreign- invested manufacturing companies.
