KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that VPS has the right resource, capability and talent to achieve immediate and strategic ambitions now and in the future.
• Ensure the constructive employment relations are managed appropriately, within a clear framework underpinned by organization culture, practices, policies and ultimately by relevant law.
• Participate in a strategic team of VPS and develop strategy and solutions in Corporate Governance and Organization Development to meet organizational needs now and in the future.
• Lead and maintain a high achieving organization culture by delivering programs that reward and recognize key employee capabilities, skills, behaviors, experience and performance, and ensure that the reward system is market relevant, fair and cost effective.
• Initiate and manage HR and other transformation projects/Programs to ensure the initiatives are embedded effectively and aligned with the business strategy.
• Build individual and organizational capability and knowledge to meet current and strategic requirements and create a learning culture to embed capability development. Design and promote the learning community in VPS which supports the continuous learning and development of staff members and as solution for knowledge management for the organization. Lead on leadership team development and coaching initiatives.
• To be an effective business partner through making the lean process and procedure and giving better and easier access for all staff members to HR services.
• Shape, promote and protect key parts of VPS’s culture where relationships are cherished, transparency is promoted through knowledge sharing, and feedback is encouraged as the Company has evolved into a truly customer centric organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experiences:
• Proven experience of HR systems.
• 10+ years’ experience in an HR capacity, preferably in banking & finance industry
• Strong Regional experience across Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam.
• Up to date knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools across the region.

• Able to understand the business and apply consistency and value adding HR initiatives.
• Quick thinking and comfortable in a creative setting and a fast- paced environment where each day brings new challenges and rewards.
• Strong business partner and relationship building capabilities across a diverse group.

• Able to interpret and analyze numerical data and information.
