Ensure the effective administration of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Oversee the management of HR administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with legal requirements.
Design and oversee the compensation & benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with company goals.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Manage the talent acquisition process to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent, including workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team on all HR- related matters, including organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.
Drive initiatives that contribute to long- term operational excellence and employee engagement.
Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, specifically in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects HR in a movited environment.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM- CP, SHRM- SCP) is prefer.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Proven track record in talent acquisition and developing C&B strategies.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
