Scope of responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of other Human Resources & General Affairs tasks.
Manage and develop employee performance & KPIs, including coaching, defining KPIs target, KPIs result and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement effective recruitment activities.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Analyze compensation and benefit trends, propose competitive salary structures, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Collaborate with department managers to identify the Company needs and improvement actions.
Implement succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership.
Develop, implement, and update Human Resources & General Affairs procedures to support Company in achieving strategic objectives.
