Human Resources Executive (C&B) is a key specialist ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely administration of all employee compensation, benefits, and employment contracts. This role is the operational cornerstone for payroll, statutory obligations, and the complete employee contract lifecycle, from probation to confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Administration: Accurately process end- to- end monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, bonuses, and deductions. Manage all statutory reports and payments for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax (PIT). Administer employee benefit programs.
Compliance & Employee Support: Ensure all C&B practices and contract terms strictly comply with Vietnamese Labor Law. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and contracts. Prepare necessary reports for management review.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Prepare, issue, and manage the entire lifecycle of all employment contracts and related addendums. Proactively track, evaluate, and follow up on probationary contracts, ensuring timely completion of assessments and transition to official contracts or appropriate closure. Maintain the company&039;s contract database.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
Good organizational and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Excellent attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and strong ethics with ability to handle confidential information.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands- on experience in Compensation & Benefits, with expertise in Vietnamese payroll, statutory compliance, and contract management.
In- depth, practical knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and statutory regulations (SI, HI, UI, PIT) is mandatory.
