Mô tả công việc
• In charge all recruitment process (requisition, manning, advertising, interview, offering and welcome onboard)
• Maintain HR Reports monthly and yearly for recruitment (Turnover, Headcount)
• Administer associates’ offer letter
• Administer filling and ensure all personnel records are maintained accurately.
• Conduct basic staff On- Boarding Program & information
• Offer letter confirmation and manage all associates recruitment process (Interview, document, on boarding…)
• Prepare check in list and forward to following departments: Finance, Uniform, IT, Training, Head of Dept, security…
• Maintain HR corporate recruitment monthly report
• All other job tasks as and when deemed appropriate
• In charge of the other administration jobs within HR Department
• Manage associates’ corrective action documentation
• Prepare H.R. office monthly expense voucher (Transportation, medical, uniforms, parking area…)

• Being able to communicate in English
• Being able to work independently under high pressure
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
• Being proficient in office informatics, hotel management software
• Having ability to orient guests, spirit of service
• Having high team spirit
