Human Resources Executive

Support daily HR operations including recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Act as a contact point for employees regarding HR- related matters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
L&D RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare training plans and reports.
- In charge of updating and conducting orientation for new employees.
- Prepare training materials and logistics.
- Maintain and track training records.
RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Conduct reference checks as required.
- Post jobs, source and screen candidates.
- Prepare recruitment planning and execution.
- Manage recruitment of interns and casual staff.
- Arrange activities with local universities and colleges to enhance connection and branding.
ON BOARDING & INDUCTION/ ORIENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Prepare pre- arrival activities for new hires.
- Coordinate with departments for onboarding.
CSR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate employees activities and CSR programs.
- Support & implement internal events.
HR ADMINISTRATION:
- Support in ensuring data intergration.
- Maintain and update employee records ensure accuracy.
- Provide basic guidance on HR policies.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality.
- Managing staff cafeteria, lockers, corridor, staff grooming & uniform.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
- Manage and promote Facebook page and Linkedin page.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience:
1- 3 years of relevant experience or similar executive role, or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, designing software; experience with HR software is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail- oriented, and proactive.
