Key Responsibilities
Support Onboarding
Send pre- onboarding requirements to candidates and guide them through the onboarding process via email.
Update candidate and employee data in the HRIS system throughout the onboarding process.
Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., Operations, HR Team, etc.) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide candidates with flight tickets, accommodation details, and orientation information.
Track Probation Periods
Update probation outcomes in the HRIS system.
Monitor employee probation periods and follow up on evaluation results.
Manage Recruitment Data
Maintain and update HR data related to recruitment activities in the HRIS system.
Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance of recruitment records.
Coordinate Administrative Processes
Work with the Accounting team regarding flight ticket advance payments, bookings, and refunds for employees.
Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
